My family started making bar soap in the late 2000’s when my young brother developed a topical reaction to commercial soap and detergent. We were delighted when the cold process soap cleared and soothed his skin. Naturally we shared what we’d found with friends and family. It wasn’t long before testimonials started flowing back to us. We knew we’d landed on something special.

In my early teens I started the Windswept brand and continued to hon what products connected with people most.

Joshua and I got married in 2018. Now we have a handful of our own young kids and are striving to develop clean products to nurture and protect their little bodies.
